What is the offer?

We are offering you a FREE printer on either of our KANTAN (cents per page) or KanPrint (fixed price) Full Managed Print Solution. How often are you unable to print? Out of paper, out of Toner, need a drum etc? How much time and effort (therefore cost) is required to manage your printers and supplies? KANTAN and KanPrint are our solutions to this. With KANTAN and KanPrint we proactively manage your entire printing requirement. For a variable or fixed monthly fee we supply the Printer, Installation, Consumables (Toner, Drums etc), Repairs and even PAPER! We bill you for usage so you pay for just what you print. Multiple printers and Nationwide installation and support available. All you need do is Print, we supply and manage the rest.

The printer(s) can be:-
  • Any Type – Mono, Colour or Multi-Function
  • Any Size – A4 to A0
  • Any Configuration – add extra trays, finishers etc.
  • Any Number – 1 to 100, or more
  • Any Combination – multiple printers do not have to be the same type, size or configuration e.g. Mono for invoices, colour multi-function for the office
  • Any Where – Delivery and service nationwide

Advantages of KANTAN and KanPrint

The advantages of this over conventional printing are enormous and include:-
  • Minimal Printing Management – just time to replace toners, drums, paper etc.
  • Simplified billing and ordering – one bill, one payment. NO ORDERING.
  • Simplified approval cycle – no requirement to have PO numbers raised approved and paid every time you need a ream of paper or toner cartridge.
  • Never run out of supplies - we will ensure you have spare Paper, Drums, Toner etc in your office ready for when they are needed you will never be unable to print because of insufficient supplies.
  • Fixed cost – smooth cashflow and no bill shock when you need to order several consumables at one time.

What your payment covers

  • Printer – No — ITS FREE
  • Initial Installation (if required)
  • Paper - including freight (if required)
  • Consumables (Drums, Toner etc) - Including Freight
  • Servicing (warranty repairs)

Terms and Conditions of this offer:-
  • Minimum Contract Term - 24 Months
  • Minimum Print volumes required
  • Prices quoted EXCLUDE GST
  • Subject to FujiXerox , Oki or HP Printer warranty T&C, and Flexirent Lending criteria and Lease T&C
  • Excludes non-warranty repair costs and post installation support
  • Early Terminations — charges may apply
  • Over coverage charges may apply
  • Some Courier charges for Paper to locations outside Auckland may apply
  • Payments via Flexirent or on recurring variable Credit Card
  • Pricing, Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice
